Job summary

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Organisational Development Lead (Transformation) at Band 8b. The role focuses on leading the integration of services, embedding a culture of safety and staff wellbeing, and shaping leadership capability across the organisation.

You will oversee OD leadership for culture, leadership, and transformation with a team of OD practitioners, ensuring inclusion, accountability and continuous improvement across the programme.

Qualifications

• Masters level (Level 7) in organisational development, HR or related field
• Chartered CIPD member or equivalent professional experience
• Significant experience leading complex OD/transformation programmes
• Experience in NHS/public sector and large-scale service integration
• Coaching qualification or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into practical OD plans for the service integration programme and wider transformation portfolio.
• Develop and deliver interventions for team development, leadership capability, engagement, cultural alignment and change readiness.
• Facilitate complex discussions with leaders and teams to surface issues and agree actions.
• Establish governance, evaluation and reporting for OD activities with risks, benefits and impact tracking.
• Provide leadership to OD and leadership practitioners and foster a positive, inclusive, psychological safe environment.
