Job summary

NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board is seeking an experienced Organisational Development professional to lead culture change, service transformation and leadership effectiveness. You will provide OD consultancy, coaching and facilitation to senior leaders, managers and teams, shaping workforce development and improvement initiatives across the organisation.

You will design and deliver blended learning solutions, support appraisal and performance development, and lead staff

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational development and learning and development across large organisations.
• Ability to lead culture change, service transformation and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead on organisational development interventions and consultancy for senior leaders and teams.
• Design, deliver and evaluate learning and development programmes aligned to priorities.
• Support appraisal and performance development processes and staff surveys.
• Translate engagement data into actions to improve staff experience, wellbeing and inclusion.
• Provide coaching, facilitation and guidance to managers to improve competency and performance.
• Support governance, reporting and development of guidance and policies.
