Job summary

LSL Property Services plc / PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking a Digital Learning Lead to own the digital learning function, developing engaging online content and managing the LMS. This UK-based role offers home-based working with occasional travel to offices and venues around the UK.

You will report to the Head of Training and drive learner engagement, coordinate projects, ensure content is compliant, and support continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or a related environment.
• Proven experience managing an LMS and using digital authoring tools.
• Strong understanding of digital learning principles and learner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain engaging digital learning content.
• Manage the full digital learning lifecycle from creation through to completion.
• Own the day-to-day administration and optimisation of the LMS.
• Ensure learning content remains compliant, accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate digital learning projects and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to the Digital Learning Developer.
• Produce learning MI and reporting, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Champion learner engagement and promote a positive learning culture.

Digital Learning Lead

Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional with a passion for digital learning and technology? We're looking for a Digital Learning Lead to take ownership of our digital learning function, leading the development of engaging online learning content while managing our Learning Management System (LMS).

Reporting to the Head of Training, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality digital learning solutions, coordinating projects, driving learner engagement, and supporting continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain engaging digital learning content.

About You

• Experience working in Learning & Development, Training or a related environment.
• Proven experience managing an LMS and using digital authoring tools.
• Strong understanding of digital learning principles and learner engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to influence and support others without direct line management responsibility.

Desirable

• Experience within financial services or another regulated environment.
• Understanding of adviser learning and competence requirements.
• Relevant L&D, coaching or training qualifications.

Monies to £37,000 DOE

This role is home based, with occasional travel to offices in Solihull, Chippenham and venues around the UK to host training sessions or attend meetings.
