Qualifications

• Experience coordinating library and IT support services.
• Budget management and procurement experience is desirable.
• Training will be provided for the role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Digital Support & Learning Resources Services across sites.
• Create staff schedules to cover all advertised times and sites.
• Monitor Service Desk to ensure timely incident resolution.
• Escalate to Senior IT Engineer when deadlines are at risk.
• Work with curriculum teams to identify resources to support teaching and learning.
• Communicate service changes and planned maintenance to customers.
• Keep asset records accurate and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and security policies are followed.
