Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Digital Learning & Content Developer to design, develop and maintain engaging digital learning solutions that enhance technical capability and compliance across the organization.

You will partner with SMEs and instructors, apply instructional design principles, and produce multimedia assets including eLearning modules, videos and infographics. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with opportunities for professional growth within a global energy technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Learning Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Education, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing and developing digital learning solutions using modern authoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
• Practical experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other eLearning development platforms.
• Proficiency with multimedia development tools including Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience creating engaging digital content (videos, animations, infographics, etc.).
• Knowledge of LMS, SCORM, xAPI, and digital deployment processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing learning solutions aligned with learning objectives, business priorities, and competency requirements.
• Creating interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other learning authoring tools.
• Developing structured learning pathways, curricula, assessments, facilitator resources, and learner support materials.
• Applying instructional design methodologies, design thinking, user-centered design to improve learner engagement.
• Producing high-quality digital learning assets including eLearning modules, videos, animations, motion graphics, infographics, and web-based content.
• Collaborating with SMEs, instructors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate technical accuracy.
• Conducting quality assurance reviews, accessibility testing, and content validation.
• Supporting LMS deployment, SCORM/xAPI content packaging, content maintenance, and continuous improvement.
