Baker Hughes is hiring a Digital Learning & Content Developer to craft engaging digital learning experiences that enhance workforce capability. You will design, build, and validate eLearning modules using modern authoring tools, working with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Education, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing and developing digital learning solutions using modern authoring tools and instructional design methodologies.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, design thinking, and user-centered design practices.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other eLearning platforms.
• Proficiency with multimedia tools including Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
• Familiarity with LMS, SCORM, xAPI, and content deployment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and developing learning solutions aligned with objectives and priorities.
• Creating interactive eLearning modules using Storyline, Rise 360, and other tools.
• Developing curricula, assessments, and facilitator resources.
• Applying instructional design principles to improve engagement and retention.
• Producing digital assets: videos, animations, infographics, and web content.
• Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to plan content and ensure accuracy.
• Conducting QA reviews, accessibility testing, and content validation.
• Supporting LMS deployment and content maintenance.
