Yorkshire Housing is offering a Digital Learning Designer Apprentice role in West Yorkshire. You’ll craft digital learning content—e-learning, videos, guides and infographics—and help run the Learning Hub while pursuing a Level 5 Digital Learning Designer Apprenticeship.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across learning campaigns, digital tools, and collaboration with Learning Leads and subject experts, shaping how colleagues learn and perform.

Formación

• A degree, or equivalent experience creating digital content, learning solutions, communications or user-focused digital resources.
• At least 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively.
• Interest in learning, development and digital content.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology.
• Willingness to learn and embrace new technology.

Responsabilidades

• Create digital learning content including e-learning, videos, guides, infographics and other resources.
• Turn learning needs into engaging digital solutions with Learning Leads and subject experts.
• Support the Learning Hub, keep content accurate and up-to-date.
• Create digital assets and promotional content for learning programmes and campaigns.
• Help tell learning stories by sharing updates and best practice.
• Upload and test digital content to ensure proper functionality.
• Explore new technology and digital tools to enhance colleague learning.
• Gather feedback and use it to continually improve learning experiences.
