  • You'll establish appropriate technology platforms, resource or course design, and instruction delivery options.
  • Create internal buzz around all platforms to ensure employee engagement and enhance learning experience.
  • Work with the Learning Experience team to curate and create content for learning hubs and the learning management system (LMS).
  • Utilise a variety of authoring and design software and multimedia tools, you'll develop high-quality digital learning that follow brand guidelines.
  • Identify new innovations in digital learning and provide recommendations and optimisations of existing programs.
  • Ensure that any new digital learning and communication initiatives meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Work occasionally with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to design and develop learning courses and campaigns.

  • Graphic design and video editing capabilities and experience using editing software such as the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience of designing, developing, and delivering companywide communications campaigns to engage employees in learning initiatives.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Design and deliver custom web pages, you'll have some HTML website and CMS design exposure.
  • Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, prioritise workload and adapt to changing circumstances.
