Job summary

London Ambulance is seeking a Media and Digital Learning Developer to design, develop and deliver engaging digital education programmes for the ECU Education Department. You will work with clinical SMEs to produce high-quality eLearning, mobile learning and blended resources, exploring AR/VR, simulation and interactive media to enhance patient care.

You will manage online platforms, web content and communications, driving innovation in technology-enhanced education across multi-site environments

Qualifications

Extensive experience developing, delivering and evaluating eLearning/mLearning solutions.
Advanced knowledge of LMS platforms and learning content authoring tools.
Experience developing web and intranet content, managing digital campaigns and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Experience in Ambulance/Emergency services environments.
Experience in simulation in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

Support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of online/mobile clinical education programmes.
Collaborate with SMEs to develop new courses and interactive elements.
Explore AR/VR and gaming options within clinical learning environments.
Develop the Technology Enhanced Learning Strategy aligned with the Education strategy.
Plan short- to medium-term eLearning and learning plan integrating with face-to-face requirements.
Develop and maintain communications for the department, including Pulse intranet and external LAS site.
Support transitioning to intranet and web-hosted systems and processes.
