We're hiring a Digital & IT Senior Analyst with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset. This role involves leading IT projects, analysing business needs, and delivering scalable solutions in a manufacturing environment.

Role Details

• Position: Senior IT Analyst
• Experience: 5+ years
• Location: Loughborough
• Working Days: 5 days/week in office
• Duration: Permanent (eligible for BPSS clearance)

What You'll Do

• Lead IT infrastructure and digital projects
• Analyze business processes and develop tech strategies
• Provide advanced support using ServiceNow and ITIL best practices
• Deliver excellent customer service and user training
• Collaborate with teams to implement impactful solutions

What You Bring

• Degree or relevant IT certifications
• 4+ years' IT experience, including project management
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Experience with ServiceNow and manufacturing environments
