Job summary

Venture Global LNG is seeking a Digital Imaging Technician located in Cameron, LA. The role focuses on converting physical documents into digital format (75%) and basic document control (25%), following strict handling protocols and information management processes.

The technician will operate various scanners, ensure 100% capture accuracy, manage metadata, and support client specifications while maintaining an organized workspace and routine progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with document management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of scanning equipment and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Digitize physical documents with scanning and QA checks.
• Record metadata and manage inventories of documents.
• Maintain scanner and update progress spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with project teams on document-related requests and schedules.
