The Role

We are looking for a Digital Growth Manager to drive forward our digital channels, taking full responsibility for all online growth metrics. This role is responsible for setting, managing and executing our digital growth strategy across both social and web channels, whilst also owning the day-to-day management of our SEO, subscriptions, CRM and all paid media from ideation to execution, with support from third-party freelancers and agencies where appropriate.

This is a hugely important role to help lead us on the next stage of the Goodrays journey and will be reporting directly to our Head of Marketing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ownership of our D2C channel (Shopify) responsible for UX, UI, SEO rankings, customer journey, paid media and online P&L
  • Managing our CRM and automated email flows, delivering surprise and delight experiences to drive customer retention and value
  • Managing and supporting external digital agencies and working closely with internal design team to ensure the brand comes to life digitally and drives

effective traffic amongst our core consumer

  • Managing our content creation and distribution process and paid media spend for our digital channels.
  • Driving growth through online advertising and partnership marketing.

Your Objectives

  • Drive growth of our D2C channel
  • Drive profitability and efficiency of our D2C channel
  • Drive online traffic and branded search
  • Day to day management of all paid channels and digital agencies, including reporting, strategy and content creation

Competencies and Strengths

  • Strong knowledge of digital media strategies and tactics
  • Experience managing and optimising Shopify
  • Strong SEO and website management experience
  • Experience with growing email subscriptions and managing CRM tools (ideally Klaviyo)
  • Strong paid ads management and creative production experience
  • Proactive mindset and strong desire to learn/improve
  • Friendly, positive and resilient mindset

Package

  • Ability to work abroad for 2 weeks per year
  • 25 days holiday per year (excluding bank holidays)
  • Office closure over Christmas + early finish on Fridays
