Better Placed is hiring a Digital Executive to support the delivery and continuous improvement of our brands' digital experiences. The role focuses on maintaining the website backlog, supporting research and analysis, and contributing to testing and reporting across CRO, UX and content.

You will help improve key customer journeys by ensuring changes are well organised, accurately delivered and evidence-driven, collaborating with Digital, Content, Brand, Technology and external partners to drive

Formación

• 3+ years in a digital, e-commerce, website content or online marketing role.
• Understanding of website journeys with focus on UX, CRO or SEO.
• Experience with web analytics (GA4) or search performance tools.
• Exposure to A/B testing, UX research or usability testing.
• Confidence using data to investigate and explain findings.

Responsabilidades

• Support UX and customer journey reviews and document friction points.
• Assist with CRO experimentation, test requirements and results follow-up.
• Monitor customer behavior using website analytics and journeys.
• Check website changes across devices and ensure links, content and forms function correctly.
• Coordinate tasks across Digital, Content, Brand, Technology and external partners.
