Job summary

BDO UK LLP is seeking a proactive IT professional to turn digital capabilities, including AI, into practical business value across the firm. You will collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to identify opportunities and help colleagues maximise digital tools in everyday work.

You’ll drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled workflows, delivering hands-on enablement, training, and scalable resources while shaping learning and support initiatives across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital adoption, AI, automation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong change management skills; ability to embed new tools into daily work.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled workflows; governance awareness.
