Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Digital Educator to help CQC-registered care homes across London embrace digital solutions like UCP, London Shared Care Records, and RESTORE2 to improve care quality, safety and coordination.

You will train frontline staff, assess digital capability, and develop tailored improvement plans, acting as an education lead to embed digital practice and support continuous learning within the care home network.

Qualifications

• NMC/HCPC registered with current registration.
• Degree or diploma in a relevant clinical area.
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education and teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience delivering clinical and digital education in health or social care.
• Proven ability to coach staff, deliver training and manage workloads.
• Experience working with care homes and implementing change in that setting.
• Advanced IG knowledge and familiarity with RESTORE2 and related tools.
• Experience enabling use of digital tech like Remote Monitoring, UCP, London Shared Care Records.
