Job summary

- Professional registration in nursing or equivalent health profession.
- Postgraduate teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- Experience in community health settings with clinical teaching.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and digital skills training.

- Coach and implement digital solutions across registered care homes.
