Job summary

CSS Recruitment is seeking a skilled Document Controller for a Manchester-based role with immediate start after interview. The position offers £17 per hour PAYE, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

You will manage digital interfaces like Asite and ACC, ensure latest drawings are distributed, and maintain QA records and admin tasks. This role requires diligent document control and professional coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience as a document controller or information management role.
• Familiar with ISO 19650 Part 1 requirements for naming and information management.
• Proficient in updating drawing packages and managing drawing folders.
• Experience with digital interfaces such as Asite.
• Strong admin and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital interfaces such as Asite and ACC.
• Collation and distribution of design comments.
• Ensure the workforce has the latest drawings and update drawing folders.
• Manage workflows and distribution system.
• Assist with digital issues.
• Ensure QA records are up to date.
• Keep hard copies up to date.
• Time sheets and general admin.
