Job summary

CSS Recruitment are seeking a Document Controller in Manchester for an immediate start following interview. The role pays £17 per hour PAYE, with Mon-Fri 8 hours per day. Responsibilities include managing digital interfaces like Asite and ACC, ensuring latest drawings are available, and handling QA records and time sheets.

You'll coordinate drawing packages, control workflows, and assist with digital issues and general admin to support project teams and ensure documentation stays up to date.

Qualifications

• ISO 19650 part 1 knowledge and understanding (Naming requirements and information management).
• Experience with document control in construction projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital interfaces such as Asite, ACC, etc.
• Collation and distribution of design comments.
• Ensure the workforce has the latest drawings (updating drawing folders, providing drawing packages).
• Manage workflows and distribution system.
• Assist with digital issues.
• Ensure QA records are up to date.
• Assist with keeping any hard copies up to date.
• Time sheets and general admin.
