Content Producer – Creator-Led Products & Podcasts

Full Time Office

We are seeking a talented and highly organized Content Producer to create, manage, and optimize content for a range of creator-led brands, products, and podcasts.

In this role, you’ll work directly with creators and their teams to bring ideas to life across video, audio, social media, and written formats. You’ll own the production process end-to-end, from planning and scripting to publishing and performance tracking, ensuring every piece of content is on-brand, engaging, and results-driven.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage content calendars across multiple brands and platforms.
• Produce high-quality digital content including videos, podcasts, blog posts, newsletters, and social assets.
• Coordinate all stages of production — scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing — often working closely with creators and freelancers.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business goals.
• Track performance metrics and audience engagement, using insights to inform future content strategy.
• Stay up-to-date on content trends, platform updates, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in content production, digital media, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience creating content for social media, podcasts, blogs, and/or newsletters.
• Skilled in basic editing tools for video (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) and audio (Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar).
• Ability to collaborate directly with creators and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Creative thinker who is equally comfortable working strategically and executing hands-on.
