Digital Content Producer
Job Type: One-year fixed term contract; Full-time
Location: Godalming, UK (hybrid working pattern, 2 days in the office per week)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)

Their international headquarters are in Godalming (UK), with team members in 14 countries across four continents, including the US, Italy, France, Poland, the Netherlands, Spain, Czechia, China, and a policy office in Brussels.
About the role:
As their Digital Content Producer, you will be key in delivering impactful, mission-driven digital content that raises awareness and encourages action. You’ll create videos, animations, infographics, and social media assets supporting campaigns and policy work, exposing factory farming realities and promoting a compassionate food system. You’ll collaborate with campaigners, policy experts, and creative colleagues to translate complex issues into engaging, accessible content. Your work will connect supporters, influence public opinion, and advocate for change. Additionally, you will support international teams by providing guidance, training, and resources to ensure consistent, high-quality content creation.
About you:
You should be a proactive, creative digital storyteller with proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and social media content production. You must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, interpreting briefs, adhering to brand guidelines, and delivering high-quality work on deadline. An eye for detail, a flair for visual communication, and a strong understanding of what makes digital content engaging are essential.
