Job Description:

AYMES is seeking a proactive Digital Content Executive to manage content across our Shopify e-commerce site and content-rich B2B platforms. You will optimize user journeys, enhance on-site performance, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful content and seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions within Shopify.
• Update content ensuring brand consistency and optimized user experience.
• Implement content strategies to improve navigation, UX, and conversion rates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with teams on product availability.
• Develop and optimize landing pages for promotions and campaigns.
• Enhance site structure and user journeys to increase engagement and sales.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize layouts and calls-to-action.

SEO & Performance Optimization:

• Implement on-page SEO best practices including keywords and metadata.
• Improve technical SEO aspects like site speed and mobile-friendliness.
• Use analytics tools to monitor performance and inform strategies.

Digital Project & Agency Coordination:

• Support briefing external agencies.
• Monitor sales performance and user behavior for improvements.
• Generate reports and create testing plans for UX enhancements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience with web content management tools like Shopify and Squarespace, and email marketing software such as Klaviyo.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, especially for CRO.
• Experience with SEO techniques for e-commerce.
• Excellent project management skills.
