British Heart Foundation is seeking a Digital Content & Journeys professional to design, edit and publish accessible web content. You will use SEO and analytics to improve performance and help audiences find information efficiently.
You will work across content, UX, data, technology and customer journeys, contributing to CMS migrations and a continuous improvement approach while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

As part of our Digital Content & Journeys team, you'll help create accessible, engaging and high-performing digital experiences that connect people with the information, support and opportunities they need.
Working across a wide variety of content and customer journeys, you'll take content from concept to publication, using accessibility standards, SEO best practice and audience insight to improve performance and create better outcomes. You'll help identify opportunities to optimise journeys, improve discoverability and ensure content is useful, relevant and evidence-based.
This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of content design, user experience, accessibility and digital optimisation. You'll contribute to BHF's Content Review Cycle and upcoming CMS migration programme, working closely with colleagues across content, UX, data, technology and customer journeys to help modernise our digital experience and continuously improve how content is delivered across the organisation.

This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week in our London office. This may vary from time to time so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
The interview process will consist of two stages. First stage interviews will be held over MS Teams. For those successful, there will be a second stage interview in-person at our London Office (NW1 7AW).
