As part of our Digital Content & Journeys team, you'll help create accessible, engaging and high‑performing digital experiences that connect people with the information, support and opportunities they need. Working across a wide variety of content and customer journeys, you'll take content from concept to publication, using accessibility standards, SEO best practice and audience insight to improve performance and create better outcomes. You'll help identify opportunities to optimise journeys, improve discoverability and ensure content is useful, relevant and evidence‑based. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of content design, user experience, accessibility and digital optimisation. You'll contribute to BHF's Content Review Cycle and upcoming CMS migration programme, working closely with colleagues across content, UX, data, technology and customer journeys to help modernise our digital experience and continuously improve how content is delivered across the organisation.,

The interview process will consist of two stages. First stage interviews will be held over MS Teams. For those successful, there will be a second stage interview in-person at our London Office (NW1 7AW).
