Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Content & Digital Editor to manage CMS content and support ecommerce updates across the UK and international markets. You will own content workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of assets for campaigns and launches.

You will lead PDP/PLP setup, localise content with the translation team, and perform daily updates to app home and shop pages across locales. A degree and 1+ year in digital/e-commerce are required.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education is required.
• 1+ year experience in Digital/E-commerce.
• Experience working with a CMS; Contentful is a plus.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own time.

Responsibilities

• Support CMS (Contentful) as a superuser: create, update, and maintain content across site and app.
• Lead setup and maintenance of PDPs and PLPs for launches and BAU activations.
• Localise designated site and app areas for international markets with translations.
• Execute daily updates to app home and shop pages across all locales.
• Collaborate with Digital Content to deliver NPD launches and seasonal offers; upload assets to CMS on time.
• Support creation of landing pages aligned with campaign and business requirements.
• Maintain and refresh help pages (terms and conditions, privacy policy, cookies policy, FAQs).
• Support monthly site and app audits to ensure assets are rights-compliant and seasonally refreshed.
• Collaborate with eCommerce Trade to optimise content for commercial performance.

Requirements
