Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Digital Content Assistant to help bring our magic online. You’ll support launches, activations and daily updates, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and delivered on time.

Working with the Digital Content and E-commerce Trade teams, you’ll manage CMS tasks (Contentful a plus), set up PDPs/PLPs, localise content for international markets and refresh home and shop pages across locales.

• Educated to degree level.
• 1+ year experience in Digital/E-commerce with a CMS (Contentful a plus).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple projects.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own time.

Responsibilities

• As Digital Content Assistant, support CMS activity (Contentful) as a superuser.
• Lead setup and maintenance of PDPs and PLPs for launches and activations.
• Work with Translation team to localise site areas for international markets.
• Execute daily updates to app home and shop pages across locales.
• Collaborate with Digital Content team to enable NPD launches and seasonal offers.
• Support creation of landing pages aligned with campaigns and business needs.
• Maintain and refresh help pages (terms, privacy, cookies, FAQs).
• Support monthly site/app audits for rights-compliance and freshness.
• Collaborate with E-commerce Trade to optimise content for performance.

About the role

As Digital Content Assistant, you will help bring Charlotte Tilbury’s magic to life online. Supporting new product launches, brand activations and day-to-day updates, you’ll ensure content is accurate, engaging and built on time. Working closely with Digital Content and E-commerce Trade teams, you’ll help create inspiring customer journeys that drive commercial performance.

As a Digital Content Assistant you will

• Support CMS (Contentful) activity as a superuser, assisting with the creation, updates, and maintenance of website and app content.

• Lead on the setup and maintenance Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and Product Listing Pages (PLPs) for new product launches and business-as-usual activations.

• Work with the Digital Translation team to ensure designated site and app areas are localised for international markets.

• Execute daily updates to the app home and shop pages, across all locales, ensuring content is commercial and engaging.

• Collaborate with the wider Digital Content team to deliver seamless NPD product launches and seasonal offers ensuring all assets are uploaded to the CMS on time.

• Support the creation of landing pages aligned with campaign and business requirements.

• Maintain and refresh help pages (terms & conditions, privacy policy, cookies policy, FAQs) to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Support monthly site and app audits, ensuring content assets (imagery, copy, video) are rights-compliant and seasonally refreshed.

• Collaborate with the eCommerce Trade team to help optimise content for commercial performance.
