Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a Digital Production Assistant for a temporary role within the E-commerce team. The ideal candidate has prior digital content or e-commerce experience and is organised, detail-focused and confident updating website content via CMS platforms.

You will work on content uploads, campaigns, and SEO while supporting localisation and international site updates in a fast-paced fashion retail environment with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience using a CMS to manage website content and updates.
• Familiar with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly desirable.
• Experience in e-commerce or fashion retail is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.
• Good understanding of SEO best practices.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Upload and update website content using a CMS.
• Support website campaigns, promotions and content launches.
• Maintain landing pages, navigation and website content.
• Carry out daily website checks, identify issues and log bugs.
• Support website testing and content updates across international sites.
• Ensure content follows SEO best practices.
• Assist with localisation and marketplace content uploads.
• Provide general support to the Digital and E-commerce teams.
