Job summary

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a Digital Coach (Band 3) to deliver digital support to patients and staff across Lincolnshire. You will help people access healthcare online and onboard them to the virtual ward programme.

The role requires travel across the county and the ability to work with our digital health team to implement remote monitoring devices and train users. We value compassionate, collaborative and innovative team players who can balance competing

Qualifications

• Knowledge of administration procedures and IT-related qualifications.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills with GCSEs at grade C or above.
• Familiarity with MS Teams and NHS specialist systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital support to patients and staff, including onboarding to virtual programmes.
• Deliver training on remote monitoring devices and digital tools.
• Attend to digital drop-ins and visit patients’ homes as needed.
• Understand multiple IT systems and act as a trust champion.
