Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Change and Testing Manager (One Devon People Technology) based in Exeter. You will lead the People Digital Services Team, coordinating testing, change management and digital improvements across NHS partner organisations.

You will work with Product Managers, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs, are thoroughly tested and deliver enhanced user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, system testing or business analysis.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activities across the digital ecosystem to ensure changes are planned, tested and implemented.
• Provide specialist guidance on testing and change processes in collaboration with Product Managers and suppliers.
• Support engagement with users to understand requirements and identify process improvements.
