As the Change & Testing Manager, you will work as part of the One Devon People Digital Services Team, playing a key role in supporting the successful delivery of digital change, system enhancements and new functionality across our NHS partner organisations. You will work closely with Product Managers, technical teams, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure our digital solutions meet business requirements, are thoroughly tested and deliver an improved user experience. Working as part of the One Devon People Digital Services Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing testing activities across our digital ecosystem, ensuring that changes are effectively planned, tested and implemented in line with agreed governance processes and quality standards. The role will also involve supporting change management activities, working with users to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure that new and enhanced functionality delivers tangible benefits. There will be a strong focus on streamlining processes, increasing automation and, most importantly, improving the user experience. You will provide specialist guidance and advice on testing and change processes, working collaboratively with technical and operational colleagues to troubleshoot issues, resolve challenges and support the successful implementation of digital solutions. The post holder will be responsible for assessing new and updated system functionality, ensuring solutions meet agreed specifications and supporting the continuous improvement of our digital services. This includes working with Product Managers and suppliers to coordinate testing for future releases and support the introduction of new functionality.

You will be confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, building effective working relationships and working across organisational boundaries to achieve shared outcomes.
