Job summary

Gloucestershire County Council is seeking a Business Change Analyst to support digital transformation and change initiatives at Shire Hall. The role sits in the Digital Innovation team within Digital & ICT, collaborating with colleagues to deliver technology-enabled changes for officers, councillors and partners.

The ideal candidate will engage stakeholders, analyse processes and manage the people, process and tech impacts of change, enabling adoption of new ways of working with Microsoft 365,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business change, digital transformation or service improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of how Microsoft 365, AI and Copilot can enable new and improved ways of working.
• Skilled at engaging stakeholders, understanding business needs, analysing existing processes and identifying the people, process and technology impacts of change.
