Lea Wharf Medical is seeking a trained Digital Navigator to join our Hertford-based practice. You will review eConsults and digital requests, directing them to the correct clinician and ensuring timely progression.

The role requires excellent organisation, strong IT skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload in a busy primary care setting. The successful candidate will work with GP partners, nurses and admin staff, with training provided to develop knowledge of general practice

Qualificações

• Experience in primary care or NHS advantageous, but training provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming eConsults and digital requests, directing to the appropriate clinician or service.
• Coordinate patient appointments and progress requests within agreed pathways.
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor outstanding requests.
• Communicate clearly with patients, clinicians and team members.
• Escalate urgent or clinical requests as required.
