The University of Exeter's Digital Transformation Division is seeking a Digital Capability and Change Manager to support strategic digital, data and AI transformation initiatives across the university. This full-time fixed-term post is available immediately until 31 July 2028, with hybrid working.
This role develops and delivers change management, engagement and staff capability-building activities, promoting trust, transparency and informed participation while collaborating across faculties.

The starting salary will be from £43,482 on Grade F, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

The Digital Transformation Division is recruiting a Digital Capability and Change Manager to support strategic digital, data and AI transformation initiatives across the University of Exeter. The division brings together digital delivery, data capability and AI enablement to improve experiences for students and staff, support better decision making and help deliver the University’s Strategy 2030 ambitions.
Initially focused on delivery of Community AI Access & Capability, the role will develop and deliver change management, engagement, and staff capability-building activities that help staff and students responsibly adopt new services, technologies, processes and ways of working.You will develop and deliver change management, engagement and capability-building activity, working with colleagues across the University to promote trust, transparency and informed participation.
