Zusammenfassung

Hft is seeking a Digital Communications Officer to lead on creating and delivering digital content across the organisation’s channels, strengthening its online presence and telling its story with accessibility in mind.

You will collaborate with external website contractors, measure performance with analytics, and drive improvements to CMS, SEO and campaigns to reach diverse audiences.

Qualifikationen

Experience creating digital content for websites, social media, email and other online channels.
Ability to interpret digital analytics to improve performance.
Strong written and verbal communication with good visual design skills (Canva or similar).
Experience supporting website improvements, digital projects or integrated campaigns.

Aufgaben

Create engaging digital content, including website copy, social media posts, graphics, videos and animations.
Manage social media scheduling and develop creative ways to tell Hft’s story and engage audiences.
Maintain and improve website content, accessibility, SEO and publishing standards.
Coordinate website developments with external contractors, managing briefs, requirements and delivery.
Support integrated digital communications campaigns across multiple channels.
Monitor website and social media performance using Google Analytics and other tools, turning insights into recommendations.
Manage competing requests, advise colleagues on digital best practice and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
Work collaboratively across communications and marketing to deliver organisational priorities.
