Job summary

Sky is seeking a senior digital operations lead for its Programmatic, Ad Technology and Operations Team. You will guide on-shore and off-shore teams, optimizing campaign set-up, delivery and billing across buy- and sell-side platforms.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with Sales, Strategy and Finance, driving best practices and scalability across GAM, DV360/The Trade Desk, and related tools, while mentoring campaign managers and stakeholders nationwide.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in GAM.
• Strong knowledge of demand-side platforms (The Trade Desk or DV360 preferred).
• Experience leading operations teams within campaign management.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong senior stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-shore and off-shore operations teams for digital campaigns.
• Manage buy- and sell-side platform campaign operations.
• Improve processes with deep system knowledge of platforms.
• Recommend execution for new products and share subject matter expertise.
• Lead a team of campaign managers across buy and sell-side tech.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure setup, delivery, and billing meet expectations.
• Share industry knowledge to influence current and future products.
