Job summary

Sky is seeking a senior Campaign Operations lead to manage and optimise digital campaigns across sell and buy sides. You will oversee on-shore and offshore teams, driving process improvements with platform knowledge and stakeholder collaboration.

You will work with platforms like GAM, The Trade Desk, and DV360, ensuring accurate setup, delivery and billing while shaping new product capabilities. Hybrid role, Osterley office, UK.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM).
• Strong knowledge of demand-side platforms (The Trade Desk or DV360 preferred).
• Experience leading operations teams within campaign management.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong senior stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead both on-shore and off-shore operations teams for digital campaigns.
• Manage both sell and buyside platforms campaign operations.
• Improve processes with deep system knowledge of platforms used.
• Recommend execution for new products and share subject matter expertise of digital platforms such as audio, video or DOOH.
• Lead a team of campaign managers that execute on both buy and sell side technologies.
• Manage offshore operations team alongside on-shore team to evolve workflow processes.
• Bring system knowledge to input into best practices of campaign management and execution.
• Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure setup, delivery, and billing meet company expectations.
• Share industry knowledge to help shape current and new-to-market products.
