Job summary

Zenith International is hiring a Digital Operations Manager to shape outstanding digital campaign delivery for HP, a new global client. You’ll sit at the center of a connected team, bringing clarity to complex workflows and helping colleagues across media, data and technology deliver strong work.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital media operations, campaign management or related digital marketing environment.
• Understanding of activation across paid search, social, programmatic and trafficking processes.
• Ability to manage workflows and multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of campaign measurement, reporting approaches and performance metrics.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills for stakeholders across markets.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with openness to automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns across search, social and programmatic channels from briefing to activation and reporting.
• Coordinate activity across account management, activation, analytics and planning teams.
• Improve workflows, governance standards and ways of working to create consistency across teams and markets.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes through automation, AI and operational technology.
• Oversee campaign QA, performance reporting, financial processes and delivery milestones.
• Anticipate risks and delays, resolving them with stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams with clear updates and practical recommendations.
