Job summary

Zenith International is hiring a Digital Operations Manager to shape outstanding digital campaign delivery for HP, coordinating across media, data and technology teams. You will enhance workflows and introduce smarter automation while maintaining rigorous delivery standards across markets.

The role centers on end-to-end campaign execution, collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and applying data-driven improvements to optimize performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital media operations or related digital marketing environment.
• Practical understanding of activation across paid search, social, programmatic and trafficking processes.
• Ability to manage workflows and multiple priorities with high accuracy.
• Understanding of campaign measurement and performance metrics.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns across search, social and programmatic channels, from briefing to activation and reporting.
• Coordinate activity across account management, activation, analytics and planning teams.
• Improve workflows, governance and ways of working for consistency across teams and markets.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes through automation and AI.
• Oversee QA, performance reporting, financial processes and milestones.
• Anticipate risks, dependencies and delays; work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide clear updates and recommendations.
