Job summary

Zenith International in London, United Kingdom, is hiring a Digital Operations Manager to shape outstanding digital campaign delivery for HP, a flagship client. You’ll sit at the center of a connected team, driving clarity in workflows and introducing smarter uses of automation and AI to improve performance across media, data and technology.

You’ll coordinate across account management, activation, analytics and planning, and work to elevate governance, consistency, and delivery across markets

Qualifications

• Experience in digital media operations and campaign management.
• Understanding of paid search, social, programmatic and trafficking processes.
• Ability to manage workflows and multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Knowledge of campaign measurement and reporting approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns across search, social and programmatic channels.
• Coordinate activity across account management, activation, analytics and planning teams.
• Improve workflows, governance standards and ways of working across teams and markets.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes through automation and AI.
• Oversee campaign quality assurance, performance reporting and delivery milestones.
• Anticipate risks and delays, resolving issues with stakeholders.
• Build trusted client relationships by sharing clear updates and practical recommendations.
