Reporting to a Digital Campaign Merchandiser, you will support the delivery of the planning, coordination and execution of all digital content across all UK and IE digital platforms including the App.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of digital content across UK & IE platforms including the App.
  • Assist in managing homepage, landing pages, and help pages to optimize for conversion and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate content plans.
  • Work with Customer Service to improve content that reduces calls through help pages.
  • Support the Digital Trading & Merchandising team with product/category content.
  • Manage uploading of merchandising banners across platforms.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on content performance, using insights to recommend improvements.
  • Support A/B testing to maximize customer experience.
  • Build briefs translating digital requirements based on customer insights.
  • Ensure timely content updates aligned with customer plans.
  • Communicate changes clearly to stakeholders.
  • Understand future content needs and their impact on digital channels.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Understand Marketing and Commercial functions to align digital plans.
