Job Responsibilities:

  1. Making it easy for our international clients to receive value from our digital and content marketing campaigns and services. Being responsible for all aspects of campaign management and delivery (revenue), working in tandem with internal sales colleagues towards a shared goal of ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
  2. Working with clients (scientific manufacturers) globally, across multiple fields of science and technology, within a wider delivery team of campaign executives, editors, and marketing operations. No direct line management responsibility.
  3. Responsible for all aspects of successful campaign delivery for allocated clients, including proposals, onboarding, project management, content design and delivery, reporting, and ongoing recommendations.
  4. Maximize revenue efficiently within set timeframes, overseeing editorial and marketing operations teams to ensure quality and timeliness. Maintain awareness of and contribute to team revenue targets (KPIs).
  5. Provide excellent ongoing client service through regular calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings (some travel may be required). Build long-term client relationships.
  6. Assist clients in designing and delivering campaigns such as content creation, email marketing, webinars, online events, editorial features, videos, and lead nurturing.
  7. Review campaign performance regularly, work with teams to improve results, and communicate successes to clients.
  8. Monitor client satisfaction and retention, identify opportunities to create additional value.
  9. Utilize project management, CRM, campaign delivery, metrics reporting, AI tools, and other systems for coordination and communication.
  10. Potentially manage commercial or product projects and other initiatives.
  11. Demonstrate passion for collaboration, teamwork, and building successful relationships with clients and sales teams.
  12. Communicate clearly and effectively, understanding others and being confident and persuasive.
  13. Pay attention to detail, follow through diligently, and ensure clients receive complete and accurate service.
  14. Be highly organized, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  15. Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varied daily tasks and problem-solving.
  16. Possess good analytical skills for reviewing campaign performance and making recommendations.
  17. Experience with CRM, marketing, or management tools such as Hubspot, Monday.com, Salesforce.
  18. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  19. Experience with data analysis tools like Excel or PowerBI.
  20. At least 2 years of experience in a professional client-facing environment, ideally in services, marketing, software, publishing, scientific, or related fields.
