Job summary

PSD Scotland is seeking a Business and Commercial Manager on a 12-month fixed-term/secondment. The role covers governance, performance reporting, resource planning, and commercial activity, with a focus on Microsoft 365 tools to streamline processes.

Based in a hybrid setup with offices in Edinburgh or Glasgow, the post is 36 hours per week. You will help senior leaders make informed decisions and ensure delivery plans and risks are well tracked.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, planning and performance reporting within a digital/administrative environment.
• Ability to coordinate resources, manage commercial activity and support business improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders across technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Support governance processes, compile delivery plans and track actions and risks.
• Coordinate resources, demand and performance reporting to senior leaders.
• Contribute to commercial activity including quotations, forecasts and records.
• Promote digital enablement using Microsoft 365 tools to streamline processes.
