Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to lead the evolution of our digital landscape and work with product owners and technical teams to realise the product roadmap.

You will analyse requirements, manage the backlog using Agile practices, and leverage Jira/Confluence to capture needs. The role is based in Knutsford and requires collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bridge business requirements and technology, with critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing functional requirements in Agile environments.
• Understand SDLC and how to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Desirable: Banking/Payments/Digital Platform domain knowledge.
• Technical knowledge to assist with data analysis and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business problems requiring change.
• Develop business requirements addressing problems and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Support creation of business cases for proposed investments.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
• Support progress reports to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Create operational and process designs within scope.
• Support change management and traceability activities.
