Job summary

Itchyfeet Recruitment Agency is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a dynamic Digital and Technology team in the banking sector. You will bridge business stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams, translating regulatory and product requirements into scalable technical specs, while shaping core banking transformations and regulatory changes.

You will influence the architecture, data flows, and integration with payment engines, digital channels, and data platforms,

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience as a BA/Technical BA in financial services.
• Proven core banking platform experience (Temenos, Mambu, Thought Machine, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Flexcube).
• Strong API, data modelling and regulatory change experience.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements for core banking domains.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical specs and API contracts.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine epics and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile delivery including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Define test scenarios and support SIT/UAT and data migration testing.
• Engage with stakeholders and vendors to ensure compliant solutions.
