HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to educate customers on digital platforms and offer a high-quality service. You’ll raise awareness of fraud and support those with complex needs to ensure financial inclusion.

Full-time role requiring 35 hours weekly, with training in-branch and a starting salary of £27,200 plus a discretionary bonus. Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:30, UK residents over 18.

• Comfortable owning inquiries from start to finish and delivering a personalised service.
