Job Description:

The Grant Thornton Digital Audit Team offers top-tier digital products, services, and skills to prepare auditors for the future, setting industry standards in professional services by leveraging digital, data, and technology opportunities to excel in audit quality, client service, and operational efficiency.

The Digital Audit Assistant Manager will be responsible for communicating the DAT’s story and guiding the practice through its digital transformation.

A look into the role
As an Assistant Manager in our Change Hub, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing stakeholder engagement activities with audit teams across the UK, promoting digital audit benefits, and gathering feedback to improve our digital offerings.
  • Setting goals with Digital Audit Champions and ensuring their accountability, fostering knowledge growth and digital solution adoption through targeted initiatives and expanding the Digital Audit Network.
  • Implementing the Digital Audit communication strategy via SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters, and training sessions to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
  • Working closely with the DAT Training Hub to strengthen digital learning infrastructure.
  • Supporting the DAT Knowledge Hub to provide access to high-quality resources that enable efficient, high-quality statutory audits using digital tools.
  • Collaborating across teams to keep knowledge, communication, and training relevant and up-to-date.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as needed to achieve the DAT’s strategic goals.
