Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Proposition Manager for Digital Assets to lead the implementation of the digital-asset strategy across the Group. You will work with sales, relationship and customer-facing teams to ensure propositions are supported by governance, risk management, marketing and operational readiness.

This is a highly collaborative role dedicated to turning strategy into reality for customers, delivering end-to-end propositions and driving continuous improvement across products

Qualifications

• Experience delivering product propositions in a regulated environment.
• Understanding of digital assets or keen ability to learn quickly.
• Experience working with sales or customer-facing teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

About This Opportunity

As the banking group continues to build and deploy digital-assets capabilities, strong execution is critical to ensure products reach customers safely, clearly and effectively. This role supports the wider Digital Assets team by enabling customer‑facing propositions to be delivered end‑to‑end!

Purpose of the Role

The role of Proposition Manager for Digital Assets supports the implementation of digital-asset strategy across the Group. The role works closely with sales, relationship and customer‑facing teams, ensuring propositions are supported by effective product governance, risk management, marketing, documentation and operational readiness.
