Job summary

Marex Group seeks an outstanding candidate to join the Product Control team, covering asset classes including Equities, Commodities, Crypto, FX and Fund Derivatives. The role supports Finance transformation and change aligned with Marex's strategic agenda.

Responsibilities include Daily P&L production, risk-based analysis and building automated P&L processes with cross-functional collaboration across Front Office, Operations and Risk. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of capital markets and structured products; broad awareness of how Solutions products benefit clients.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with Management, Front Office, Legal, Operations and Risk.
• Ability to pinpoint root cause issues and work with tight deadlines.
• Process optimisation or change experience; basic exposure to Python/SQL or Alteryx preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Daily P&L Production for various asset classes and communicate results to traders.
• Conduct risk-based P&L analysis and calculate fair value adjustments (CVA, DVA, Bid/Offer).
• Build and run the daily FOBO process ensuring front office trades and cash flows are correctly represented.
• Develop P&L processes for the Solutions business, documenting risk gaps and building automated solutions.
• Identify control weaknesses and work with Operations and Trading to implement fixes.
