• 3+ years' PQE within a leading structured finance or derivatives practice
• Experience advising investment banks, asset managers or financial institutions
• Strong drafting, analytical and transaction management capabilities

• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
• Support business development and growth of the practice
• Manage significant transaction workstreams and client relationships
