• Set strategic direction for the digital asset transformation agenda and lead priority initiatives from assessment to ownership.
• Advise senior leadership on strategy, opportunities, regulatory developments and execution approaches.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities across tokenisation, digital securities, custody, settlement and infra.
• Develop investment recommendations, business cases and operating models for executive decisions.
• Build executive alignment across regions, product, technology, operations and risk.
