  • Populate and manage the Campaign toolkit on the Smint.io platform, linking assets for repurposing when they are made available.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions to complexities within the campaign upload process and other challenges.
  • Understand and work against SLAs.
  • Help create a productive and positive work environment.
  • Feedback any product or workflow issues to help leadership find solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the client and their vendors.
  • Understand asset rights, usage, restrictions and compliance to ensure asset safety.
Process Improvements
  • Execute against documented workflow and processes, while feeding back ideas for improvements.
  • Identify or support implementation of opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Regularly review metadata options/fields in the DAM and suggest changes that would optimise user and search experience.
Collaboration
  • Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams to learn best practices, enhancing overall operational efficiency and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Be a strong team player with your direct team (internal and external) and global partners.
Client Facing Engagement
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and agency stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Listen, learn, and adapt to changes in business needs.
  • Attend client meetings, as required, to understand the business.
  • Provide DAM training and support to client team members.
